Valari Jett, MS, MFT Candidate

Valari obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2016 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Music.  She earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 and is now pursuing licensure as a LMFT Candidate.

Valari uses an integrated approach with the use of the therapeutic models Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential Therapy.  She considers how a person’s thoughts, emotions, and actions are all related and can impact the lives of others around them through romantic relationships, families, and friendships.  Valari also believes that emotions are a central piece of life that are to be brought out to the open, not suppressed.  Expressed emotions, when properly communicated as a family, can help engender clear communication and improved functioning as a family.

Valari enjoys working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.  She is Prepare and Enrich certified.

Valari is currently accepting private pay clients at a rate of $60 per session.
