Hannah Mire, MS, LMFT

Hannah believes healing is possible for individuals and their relationships when stressors, conflict, and hurts are expressed and processed in a safe place. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach to assist clients in identifying and modifying negative thought processes as well as making positive behavioral changes. She also believes in the use of Experiential techniques to assist clients in acknowledging their emotions and expressing them in a healthy way. 

Hannah graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelors degree in Family and Community Services in 2016 and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oklahoma. Hannah has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, couples, and families with a wide variety of presenting concerns.
