Kelsey Gray, MS, LMFT

If you and your partner struggle to communicate, trust one another, feel close to one another, or fight about the same things over and over Kelsey would love to meet with you. Many couples get stuck in negative patterns or cycles of interaction and do not know how to get out. When our relationship with our partner is in distress we can feel disconnected, alone, confused, and frustrated. In Kelsey’s work she helps couples by interrupting their negative cycles/patterns so that new positive ways of interacting can be experienced.

Kelsey is a graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University and has a Bachelors degree in Anthropology and Psychology Pre-Counseling and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her goal is to meet individuals, couples, and families where they are and support them in the goals that they have. She has experience in working with children, teenagers, couples, and families who experience a wide variety of problems. Her passion is working with couples to find healing in brokenness. She first became passionate about couples therapy during graduate school. She has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and is Prepare and Enriched Certified.

She is currently accepting Soonercare, Insurance and private pay clients.
