Kayla Wilbourn, MS, LMFT

Kayla Wilbourn graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in December 2019. Although she enjoys working with people of all ages, she has a special interest in working with teenagers, young adults, and couples. Kayla has training in multiple different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Family Therapy, and others; however, she primarily uses an integration of Experiential Family Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Kayla believes that all people have the ability to change their lives for the better- and her role, as your therapist, is to help guide you and support you as you work towards that change. Kayla also believes that by going through the therapeutic process, you can have healthier, more fulfilling experiences in all areas of your life.

Kayla is currently accepting families and couples as clients at a private pay rate of $60 per session.
